For those who don’t know, I’ve been working towards some fitness goals for some time now. Last year, 2016, I decided to start a fitness adventure. I weighed 143kg and decided I was sick of feeling bloated and ended up getting to a point that walking up stairs left me short of breathe. I teamed up with my mate Shannon, who is a PT at Snap Fitness Loganholme and Mt Gravatt. Now I weigh around 103-104kgs, and feel amazing.

Recently my PT has developed a program similar to a karate grading system. You start at white, and you need to be able to do a certain selection of 6 exercises for your level. I started at yellow, and tonight graded to red! I’m happy i’ve hit this level and cannot weight to get smashing the goals.
